Hello, I’m Kelly Ballard, I specialise in planning and delivery marketing that drives footfall and bookings for organisations in the visitor economy.
I’ve been working in the visitor economy in the West of England for over 20 years where I’ve created marketing campaigns for attractions such as Westonbirt Arboretum and Bristol Zoo, created and led tourism marketing strategies for multiple places including Cheltenham, Forest of Dean & Wye Valley, Weston Super Mare, as well as the city of Bristol.
My knowledge of the industry and marketing practice has enabled me to create marketing strategies for so many organisations.
Through my work I have met lots of unique and interesting people all working behind the scenes in visitor economy.
